GENERAL GUIDELINES

By joining Integral yoga you agree to the following terms:

 *Lose comfortable clothing made up of natural fiber should be worn during the practice. In cold weather sheet or stole will be better to cover body especially for Yog nidra and meditation.

* You are supposed to come with proper yoga mat made up of natural fiber.

* Practice yogasana  only after 3 to 4 hours of full meal and about one and half or two hours after breakfast or snacks. Stay hydrated before and after your yoga practice.

   You should avoid alcohol, drugs or any similar substances before any workout yoga practice and meditation.

* You should pay your fee in advance.

* If you miss any group class due to any reason, that class is not adjustable. For individual classes to postpone you have to intimate at least 12 hours before the class. If one wants some break from the sessions, then it should be minimum 15 days with prior intimation.

 * One should practice minimum three months in guidance for subtle and deeper impact, After that an individual program needs to be taken.

Please select the appropriate class for your level of experience. Take breaks and/or omit poses or sequences that are not suitable for you.

You should practice in a ventilated area with enough free space around you.

Before any yoga class, you should warm up by joints practices properly and shavasana afterwards to avoid an injury.

 Please take responsibility for your own body and include additional warm up shavasana where necessary or appropriate.

If you feel dizzy, light-headed, faint, or if you experience any other discomfort, stop practice immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your practice. Perform within your limits. Never force, strain, or practice through pain. Seek medical attention and advice as appropriate.

We do not recommend that you attempt any yoga poses or exercises for the first time without suitable experience and/or supervision.
